Housing Disrepair Surveys

We regularly act as an independent joint witness or as an expert witness on behalf of a landlord or tenant. Our inspections are carried out by RICS chartered surveyors who are all specialists in Housing disrepair and have proven expertise in their field. Our reports are trusted by law firms across England and Wales.

Expert Property Assessment

A standard inspection is not always sufficient for claims which are heavily disputed, the issues are complex or there are contributory negligence matters which require a more in-depth investigation. Our surveyors are building pathology experts so can provide a more detailed assessment with a clear expert opinion which can be used to underpin key legal arguments.

Scott Schedule for Repair Works

Our surveyors are property experts as well as valuers. After carrying out an initial survey to assess the presence and extent of any issues within the property a CPR part 35 compliant Scott Schedule can be prepared. This is a requirement of the pre-action protocol and is a key part of resolving any claim.
